ET spoke with royal expert Katie Nicholl about the multiple reports that Buckingham Palace will be hiring a ‘diversity czar.’ Nicholl says that while this appointment had already been in the works, it’s most likely been expedited in the wake of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s allegations of racism during their interview with Oprah Winfrey.
