ET has learned Ryan Gallagher broke ‘The Voice’s’ strict COVID-19 protocols and therefore wasn’t allowed to continue in the competition. The 31-year-old singer cryptically addressed the situation on his Instagram story, explaining to fans that he didn’t drop out of the show and that details are still to come. Meanwhile, Blake Shelton jumped out of his chair with excitement after contestant Ian Flanigan delivered a stellar performance. Shelton’s fiancee and fellow coach, Gwen Stefani, also debuted her engagement ring on the live show.
